Ashley Plantation is a large development off Quintette Rd with 480+ parcels across five phases. Most homes were built by DR Horton. Phase 1 (main entrance) features smaller-lot homes primarily 2015–2018, with two earlier 2009 builds. Phase 2 mainly 2012–2016 (incl. a Thomas Homes build). Phase 3 mixes custom and DR Horton homes (2011–2016). Phase 4 mostly 2017–2019. Phase 5 has the largest lots (2017–2018) with at least one non–DR Horton build.
