About Habersham

Habersham is a beautiful, gated neighborhood within the greater Hammersmith development. It is slightly newer than Hammersmith, includes sidewalks throughout, and is the only gated section in the development. ~94 residential parcels; many homes exceed 3000 sq ft (few just under 2500). Early homes (2004–2011) by Gooden Homes; DR Horton builds mostly 2013–2015; a few custom homes including one as late as 2020. Lots are mostly 1/3–1/2 acre, with a few exceeding 3/4 acre.
