The greater Hammersmith development consists of Hammersmith, Abernathy, and Habersham—sharing an entrance at Berryhill Rd. & W Spencer Field Rd. Hammersmith proper is the earliest and largest (≈192 parcels). Builders include Gooden Homes (prevalent), Celebrity Home Builders (smaller showing), plus many custom/unknown. Most homes were built 1996–2012, ranging ~2125–4136 sq ft (mean ≈2600). Lots are ~¼ to just over ⅓ acre, with some cul-de-sacs over ½ acre.
