About Stonebrook

Stonebrook Village is Pace’s only golf community and one of two gated communities with an attendant. It includes Stonebrook Village phases 1–9, Southlake at Stonebrook, Cobble Creek at Stonebrook, Kingsmill Villas, and Cobblestone Villas.

Phases 1–9: lots ~0.4–1+ acre (mean ~0.5), largest homes, built early 1990s–early 2000s. Southlake: newest homes, ~¼-acre lots, additional gate, construction 2000–2024. Kingsmill Villas: ~18 homes near tennis/pool, lots <¼ acre. Cobble Creek: 38 houses surrounded by the course, lots <¼ acre, early 2000s. Cobblestone Villas: near front gate; smallest homes/lots but premium $/sqft on resale.

Monthly updates apply to Phases 1–9 and Southlake; others are annual.
