Stonechase is a large gated neighborhood (attended), less than 2 miles west of Five Points off Quintette Rd. Phases 1 & 2 are complete (2010–2023); Phase 3 sales are beginning; Phase 4 timing unknown. It’s the newest neighborhood on our site and currently commands the highest $/sqft.

Phase 1: Celebrity/CHB/Signature; Augustine Dr lots ~½ acre with 2500–3100 sq ft homes; Stonechase Blvd lots ~¼ acre with wide size range (1729–3028 sq ft); east Dunridge patio lots ~0.15 acre (1600–2000 sq ft); south Dunridge ~2000+ sq ft with ¼+ acre. Phase 2: similar builders, newer (2018–2023), patio lots in south (0.15 acre, 1600–2000 sq ft), larger homes 1800–2800 sq ft with ¼+ acre to the north. Phase 3: Lennar, just under 2000 sq ft.
